“The same itinerary” means that all details must match exactly, including:

  • Airline(s)
  • Flight number(s)
  • Route and itinerary
  • Travel date(s)
  • Number of passengers
  • Cabin class / seat type

The lower-priced itinerary must be live, publicly available, and bookable on the competitor’s website at the time you contact us. Availability will be verified by our customer service team.

To request a price match, contact us at info@skyflyhub.com within 24 hours of your booking and include:

  • Your Sapphire Fare booking reference number
  • Complete details of the lower-priced itinerary
  • Verifiable proof (exact URL or clear screenshots)

Claims that cannot be independently verified or include incomplete information may be denied.

Once eligibility is confirmed, you may choose to:

  • Receive a refund of the price difference, or
  • Cancel your booking for a full refund

The Price Match Promise does not apply to:

  • Membership-only pricing, corporate rates, or private discounts
  • Group, charter, consolidator, or bulk fares
  • Reward, loyalty, incentive, or promotional fares
  • Military, student, government, tour operator, or vacation package fares
  • “Web-only,” opaque, bidding, or auction-based tickets
  • Pricing errors or mistake fares
